Mailbox Providers

Gmail OAuth and manual IMAP/POP + SMTP are supported now. Outlook and Yahoo are coming soon.

Gmail / Google Workspace

Use Gmail OAuth quick connect in Settings → Email Accounts for the best Gmail setup experience.

OAuth avoids app-password friction and keeps token refresh handled automatically.

Custom domains and MXroute

  • Incoming — IMAP or POP per your provider
  • Outgoing — SMTP with host, port, and security mode from your provider
  • MXroute — use the built-in preset or enter manual server settings

Outlook and Yahoo

Native sync is marked coming soon in the UI.

Manual IMAP/SMTP may work only if the provider allows third-party clients and you supply an app password.

Credentials

SMTP credentials are user-provided per mailbox account. Epigeon does not use hardcoded send credentials.
