Google OAuth

Google API Disclosure

Epigeon uses Google OAuth so users can connect Gmail or Google Workspace mailboxes to the Epigeon inbox, secure sending, AI assistance, and campaign workflow tools.

Authenticate a Google mailbox connection when a user chooses Gmail or Google Workspace.
Read mailbox folders, message metadata, and message content needed to display and sync inbox views.
Send messages through the connected account when the user initiates sending or configures authorized workflows.
Maintain message state such as read/unread, sync status, and provider reauthorization prompts.

Limited Use

Epigeon use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI models.

User Control

Users can disconnect Google access from their Google Account permissions page or from Epigeon provider settings where available. Disconnecting stops new Google mailbox access by Epigeon.
