Fix common issues

Troubleshooting

Common fixes for sync, send, provider, AI, and automation problems.


Inbox is empty

  1. Confirm the correct mailbox is active
  2. Verify IMAP is enabled at your provider
  3. Refresh folders or reconnect the account

Sending fails

  1. Check SMTP host, port, SSL/TLS mode, and username
  2. Use a provider app password if required
  3. See Sending Mail checklist

Epigeon AI has no context

  1. Open the relevant folder or select a message first
  2. Ask a narrower question scoped to that context
  3. Confirm AI credits are available on Settings → Billing

Automation did not run

  1. Check schedule, timezone, and enabled state in Settings → Automations
  2. Verify the delivery channel is connected
  3. Use Run now from Calendar to test the automation immediately

Campaigns stuck or not sending

  1. Confirm the campaign is active and not paused by deliverability safeguards
  2. Review deliverability pauses and self-healing signals in the Control Center
  3. Check sender DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) on custom domains
